i was offered a contract with them. It seems as if they are situated in Durban. The problem with me now is the battery of this hisense u962 get flat within few hours. The volume is low. i cannot even hear the phone ringing. I did sent them the email but they never respond to any of my emaiils. I did tried to call them but I was holding for more than two hours without anyone helping me. Bad company to deal with it.
