Pathetic service from Mondo MTN

I am totally disgusted with the pathetic service from Mondo Mtn or rewards co agents. I was called by a consultant who offered me a cellphone contact with MTN 3weeks ago. . after agreeing to the deal ..I received only the SIM card two weeks later and NO PHONE from DSV couriers. after numerous calls and My Money spent on airtime to call you.. I'm yet to be assisted by anyone at Mondo MTN to tell me where in the world the phone is... does anyone deal with enquiries with a matter of urgency or are all consultants trained to mislead customers??? contact me urgently on ********** 012 !!
