Pathetic service from Mondo and MTN Greenstone.

Mondo worked through MTN , sold me an internet package that they said was better than my fibre.When I tested it , i discoverd that I was **** to. They told me that the package did not have a fair usage policy. Thry **** They promised me faster speed (50MBPS) they **** They said there was no throttling. They **** They **** on all accounts . I returned everything to them through Greenstone mall MTN on 4 March 2026. I spoke to a Mondo representative ,while I was at the Greenstone branch of MTN.she assured that everything was cancelled, On 30 April , I was charged R 1542 fot the same items that were changed, I phoned them several times and they rep**** that they havent collected it , I went to Greenstone MTN and they spoke, implimenting Ram couriers in the proceass two months later and they still blamed the MTN branch of cancelling the delivery.
