Pathetic service!
Mondo made a stuff up with the contract I took out with MTN. They did not listen to what I asked for and never told me that they can not port my number. After how many calls and emails, I have returned the phone and Mondo confirmed they will cancel the contract as they made a mistake. I have returned the phone, but still Mondo can not give any feedback if hte contract has been cancelled and if the phone has been received by the warehouse.
