PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!
TOTALLY PATHETIC SERVICE. DONT RECCOMMEND ANYONE USING THIS COMPANY.
I did a new cellphone contract request in December, after two attempts got a call in January and then they did not conclude it.
Been trying from January to have the application cancelled as it was pending and for 3/4 weeks your numbers don't work. Then I get through to a friendly helpful Indian guy who promised that this was going to be resolved, only to be left in the dark again.
I go to the MTN store on Saturday and they tell me the application is still pending.
Your guys are just wasting my time now!
