Pathetic Service

Pathetic service app**** pre approved for a deal with MTN 17 August 2021 had to submit documents 4 times what's app and email. Approved eventually only to be told device out of stock waited a week called on Wednesday last week was promise a call back same day or latest Thursday as I wanted to change deal for another device same contract price no call. Called Friday expressed my unhappiness with service was promised a callback before 18h00 never happened. Called this morning 35 minutes again on the phone 5 calls now at average of R60 per call as all are in excess of 30 minutes got a call back call was dropped no call back. Sent email no response attempted whats app booted off after 30 minutes waiting again
