Passing the buck

On 6 June Mondo called me representing themselves as service providers to Vodacom. They had all my acount details with them and told me I was wasting money on my internet bundle (Data) which i still don't think that I was but that is none of their business anyway. To cut a long story short, they falsely represented their rpoduct and sold me two modems each loaded with data and a cheap price but this is not what I wanted. i needed data on my phone and not the inconvenience of having to carry around a mobile modem wherevever i go.

On the 8th of june I cancelled the contract and it would have been collected within a day or two. Five (5) calls later and 3 months have passed since, and these two units are still sitting on my desk taking up space and costing me money.

What is Mondo doing about my problem? Nothing.

They have given me the number of RAM couriers who are supposed to collect this ******* from me and it's not my duty to deal with their service providers on their behalf. It has taken them 2 days to get their chinese junk onto my desk and 3 months later they cannot seem to get it back while still charging me monthly.

My lawyer says he'll be having a field day.
