Over 3 months of no communication and bad promises

I am so very sick of fighting with your company and laying complaints. I have had the worst experience for the past three months of the phone that I want constantly being out of stock and nobody phones me to tell me this. I have to keep phoning and chasing you then your sales department is not even available.
