FRIDAY I received a call & agreed to 2 new contracts

Having reflected on my situation, I decided to cancel one. Of course some details I had written down incorrectly & what with e-mails returned, phone numbers incorrect I was somewhat panicked.

MONDAY The orders were delivered Miracle in itself

Of course, I did not take delivery of 1. Receive an immediate call from Ram In desperation I left a message on the company website

TUESDAY morning Not one but two phone calls First one from telesales who app**** no pressure & accepted my reason Second one from Serusha answering my web message & giving me the correct number to call. I am so in awe of the excellent service Everone I dealt with was polite & efficient an example to all THANK YOU Penny
