Outstanding service from Smangele Mthembu at Mondo

I was redirected from Vodacom to Mondo because of a whole lot of challenges with their service. I spoke to Smangele Mthembu. My issues were multiple but she caught on quickly, identified the different aspects, and found solutions for all of them. At the same time, she was kind, courteous and maintained her sense of humour. Call centre work like that must be one of the most challenging jobs, but Smangele was just perfect.
