Outstanding Service

After a rough start with a order placed with MTN online at the end of November 2020 leading to a 2 month delay in receiving goods and a lot of back and forth between myself and the customer service team I finally got through to Amanda from Mondo who not only listened to my problem but was truly concerned and actively went about finding a solution. I can only imagine all the hoops she had to jump through to get approval but I was finally presented with a offer that was beneficial to me as the client instead of yet another apology. I am extremely grateful to Amanda for her outstanding service during a frustrating time and glad that this issue was finally resolved.
