Outstanding service. Beyond what I could ever have expected

I had a problem with my account. I had been incorrectly billed for a contract that was never entered into. Since July I have been struggling with this. On Thursday, the 18th of November, I was contacted by Zaheera from Mondo. She calmed me down, and promised to sort my problem out. later that day she called back and gave feedback as to the status of the query. This afternoon, at 12:15 she called back a third time with the news that the query was resolved. I have NEVER experienced service like this. She made such an effort to convince me that she was going to resolve this problem, AND SHE DID. You don't get this anymore. Thank you Zaheera. After 5 months, I am finally free of this problem. I have no hesitation now in recomending this company. With staff like that you are going to be very happy
