outcome of my application unknown
I received a call from a lady named Thabile who told me she was calling from MTN to offer me a contract and agreed to proceed, Thabile advised me that my application had been pre approved and gave me an email address to sent my documents to which was incorrect and had to call them again to get the correct email and got it sent documents this was on the 13th if not the 14th of may 2021and was told to wait 3-5 working days for a response i than got an SMS stating to submit documents and did .I than contacted the secure chat and asked what was going on and couldn't get a definite answer about my application or what the correct TAT is please get back to me as i need clarity pertaining to this matter
