Order number *** - Still waiting for sales to just complete this order, absolute worst service!

I app**** for a contract on 19/10/2023, contract was approved by MTN and I was told Mondo sales agent will phone me within 24-48 Hrs to complete my order. Since 25/10/2023 i have escalated multiple times, asking that a sales agent phone me to complete this order, to date still no call back, my order is still not completed. When phoning the customer care line I am told I have to wait for sales to phone me, which is not happening. What exactly do i need to do for Mondo to do their job and complete this order???? No I am being told to wait another 3-5 days. An application that was supposed to be completed within 5 business days, I am now at day 11 and Mondo still not doing their job
