One of the most ********* company
It has been one of the worst experiences ever.
Got a call in September to upgrade. The lady I spoke to took all the wrong information, she **** about the contracts available.
Anyway the incorrect phone got delivered and I sent the phone back. Went to MTN and they took it back. Gave me reference number.
I called rewards Co and they confirmed the phone e was received.
Rewards Co said that they have sent communication to MTN to cancel and initiate credit.
Nothing has been done, my account is still being Dr by R1000 every month.
Rewards Co is a ********** company.
They have misrepresented everything when completing the contract, they are not ensuring my contract is cancelled and probably getting commission as well.
Mondo sort this issue out!!!!! The quality of staff is questionable considering the integrity of the agent who did my contract.
