Oh what a BITTER pill

So i have written a few reviews on this company and I must say they have some very good people being let down by some very poor people. I ordered a Huawei P8 phone and after waiting from the 31/10 when they processed my order to the 19th when my order period was up I was not too bothered but when my phone didn't arrive i gave them a call only to find that my phone was not available and that they were replacing it with a Huawei Y6 model which I did not like, I then opted for a switch to a more expensive package to get the Huawei P Smart that was the phone most similar, I was promised that I would be contacted to migrate my package and i was not contacted which led to my 1st hellopeter post. I was contacted by a very nice lady from Mondo who is without a star performer for this company and she migrated my package while i was on the phone and assured me that my I would receive my phone ASAP. No contact after 48hrs and that led to my 2nd Hellopeter complaint. Once again this lovely lady called and walked my order for me. So yesterday the 23rd November my phone finally arrives and imagine my chagrin, frustration and just inability to imagine that the phone delivered was the exact phone I didn't want in the 1st place. I have now just reached the point where I decided that its a ****ty phone and I will live with it. I could not even begin to describe how angry and bitter I was yesterday. I am so unhappy that the phone now is currently living inside my cupboard unopened. The glee of opening and setting up your new toy is just not there, just maybe after the bitterness wears off I will open my new phone.
