***** of a consultant

This was not my first time taking a data sim card with Mondo and I thought I could trust them as much first were great. A constant called me offering me an MTN 5G home router which I agreed to. I only realized when it arrived that 5G isn't covered in my area and the consultant used a wrong address in order to process my order. I tried canceling it but MTN refuses to cancel because it is a 24 month contract and also a debit order. Now im currently paying for services I do not receive and im stuck. This all happened in December 2025. I just got a bad consultant who was just pushing sales
