Impossible to get assistance via the phone. Agents are not disclosing the details of contracts they "bully" you in to. They make it extremely difficult to get hold of the call centre. These other reviews were probably made by staff members? You cannot trust them. DO YOUR UPGRADES AT A PHYSICAL STORE!!!
