Not satisfied at all

I have a contract which was given toe through lies by one of Mondo consultant. And it was probed after listening to my conversation with that consultant that she ****. I was promised to be refunded all my debits and the contract to be cancelled. It haven't happen even after more than 3weeeks of that promise. I am taken from pillar to post when asking why it is taking long. And I am afraid that they will debit me also this month end.
