NOT POPI Compliant and puts phone down in your ear when you want to know where they got your details

They keep harassing me with phone calls. I block the number then they phone from another. When I enquired as to where they got my details the phone was put down in my ear, which is a CLEAR indication that they are do not comply to the POPI act which has been in place since 1 July 2020!! I still want an answer Mondo as to where you got my details and I want a full report of how exactly you obtained my PERSONAL information.
