Not delivering correct promotional services!

Do not give what is included in die online upgrade packages. I provided them with the prove that my upgrade did included a R 1000 Checkers voucher and the consultant confirmed this with me as well, but now they have a different story. First my contract did not include it and after I gave the prove, the story changed to that it was only applicable to the first 200 customers. However, the promotion included x2 devices and the voucher, I got the 2 devices. How is it possible to then get a part of the promotion if it is only applicable to the first 200 customers. The consultant offered me a credit on my account, but this is still unacceptable as it is falls advertising! Be very carefull when using the online system to upgrade.
