Not a pleasing exper...
Not a pleasing experience, had to call 3 times and the tone of the agents was just the worst, only Sibongile assisted and was kind, the rest, was the worst

26 Jan 2024, 18:56All lies, I keep getting same loop of messages that I need to submit documents that I have already submitted 3 - 4 times, but keep on getting sms for me to submit documents, calling in is also mot helpful, just promises that I will get a call back no call back, keep being told, they will upload documents, but you guys already advised me that you have submitted documents.
