Non-existent service delivery-****!!

Over three weeks back I placed an order through Mondo with Telkom. I was advised that I would get a tracking number for the order which was due to be delivery within 3-5 working days as per advise.

After a week, when I was expecting the order I received a notification confirming that the order is out of stock and therefore cannot be fulfilled. On the 23rd March 2018 a debit order was processed for the same device that is not in stock.

I have been calling the call centre numerous times, only to be advised that I would get sms notifications and my order would be prioritised. But that has not materialised yet.

I am tired of waiting for a device that I ordered so long ago. My PAC code could even expire without porting into Telkom. And the most unfortunate part is that communication is non-existent with this company.

Their customer service is a complete joke.

I would never recommend anyone to purchase from them. Rather approach the network provider directly. It's sad that these Telecoms companies outsource to such a business that does not have their customers best interests at heart.

I need my phone ASAP!

You guys are quick to debit, but aren't good with communicating. **********/******** do that.
