No stock

Good day

I app**** through Mondo telkom on the 5th or 6th June and was told there is stock available, on the 8th June the admin fee was debited from my account, I then called in on the 8th and was told there is no stock, I called in again on Monday the 11th and spoke to lazarene and was told stock arrived and my package will be sent within 14 days, I called on the 12th to find out progress and was told there is no stock and still awaiting stock, now who is lying and telling the truth please can I have the honest truth concerning the package, pathetic service
