No Response to reported queries
<p>I wrote my first query in october 2016, never received acknowledgement nor response.</p> <p>On the 1st of feb i requested for my statement after funds were deducted in my account for unknown reason, still today no one has contacted my to provide my itemised bills or explain why funds more thatn what was agreed upon were deducted.</p>
