No one answers at all and cut off after few mins

I have been unsuccessful in contacting the call centre. 8 calls later of 5 mins each then cut off.<br> <br> I am trying to make a sale since 31 March 2015! First my purchase cannot be traced since 17 May! Six emails later and still no one wants to take my money!<br>
