NO MEANS NO

Got a call from Mondo regarding an upgrade on my Vodacom number. Specifically said I will not be upgrading the number - yet they still upgraded it. No answer on the call centre and the WhatsApp number has been queuing forever... Now I have to try and fight to have the upgrade reversed because Mondo does not understand that NO MEANS NO
