No feedback - waiting for 6 months

I wanted 2 contract phones with MTN. I went on their site and found a Huawei P30 lite for R299 per month with a R999 gift.

I app**** for 2 of the deals. Got a call from Mandy I think this number 7450 is her specific code for all her deals.

We spoke about the deal and I app**** for 2 I asked her if this could be sent immediately as my phone broke and I work from my phone. I also asked her about the gifts of R999 per contract. I asked her if she knew what they were. She said that it does not say but she thinks it might be headsets.

The next day I phoned Mondo to follow up on our contracts to find out if they were sent. The guy I spoke to (can't recall his name) said that the phones will be send and also confirmed that the gifts is included.

I phoned the following day and the phones were send but the person I spoke to didn't know anything about gifts and the deal I saw on the internet was gone.

I have send numerous emails to Mondo but with no response. It has been 6 months and still no gift. We took that deal specifically because there was gifts otherwise we would have taken the R269 deal at the time.

I sent emails 15 may, 17 June and 16 Sept. With another one today. I received a call saying that they will listen to the recording and come back to me. I am pretty sure it does not take 6 months to find and listen to a recording. I will not be staying with MTN after this contract expires.
