No communication and poor service

We were offered a sim upgrade which was the same package we had, but at a better price. We got a completely different package with NO DATA at a higher price. After numerous emails and phone calls Mondo agreed to refund my account with the overcharged amount R1320 (R55x24). Still waiting. I have sent numerous emails asking questions as to why I got a different package. No reply from them. In fact, they are now ignoring me. In the meantime I now have to buy data which is in addition to the package they decided to give me.
