No answer, no process, no proper feedback

<div>On the 13th of June I sent a request for my service to be canceled as I didn't need the product, they advised that the service is in process of canceling and that they would follow up, they have made no contact with me since then. The month of August they have taken money from my account without my consent, since I made contact and they giving me no resolution as to when I will get my money and when they will sort their mistake, I have been e-mailing them almost everyday and all the do is provide me with the same answer, they have messed up my budget and this issue has been ongoing for almost a month and still no refund, time frame for my issue to be resolved </div>
