Good day, This rooter is the second rooter I bought from Mondo. I can't seem to get help, every day I must phone and complain about my rooter that is not working, got no internet.....I must stay on the line for 20min every time which is not fair without any help. My rooter is an MF286C. I must pay for a service which I don't get.........
