NIVASHAN... Thank you for your assistance.
<p>My ongoing issue with Mondo & MTN has been an absolute nightmare. However, I wish to thank Nivashan at Mondo for constantly keeping in contact with me and then arranging for Mrs. Nene to be paid back monies that were never Mondo's responsibility to pay. MTN should have done so and I am disgusted with this entity. Even after receiving a "Cancellation" reference number 2 months ago, they continue to try and debit Ms. Nene's account for a service she never received. My thanks an appreciation again to Nivashan for been such a star!</p>
