Nisha customer care very professional and extremely helpful

Hi recently I app**** for a contract online and I needed to know the status of my application so I called customer care and to my surprise the consultant I spoke to was very rude and terrible and didn't give me help that I needed instead the questions that I asked her she didn't know to answer me and further more I was really irritated because you need to hire professional people especially in customer care, then this morning I called customer care again and spoke to a female named Nisha she was very professional and polite and she helped and even called me back to update my details and give me more information, I'm glad that finally I spoke to someone capable of helping me and also not rude at all, I hope she gets promoted to a higher position because she deserves it, we need more people like this.
