New contracts for what! "We are Mondo" We don't need sales!

Very disappointed, I spoke to consultant who was already Very irritated to speak to me. We did the application I send the documents she called me back once I couldn't take the call and never again. I have reached out multiple times but she doesn't call back. I can't do any contract with MTN due to my application being in a referred status for 2 months

The Istore called today but could not proceed to send me the Device due to me having a pending application.

I'm beyond frustrated and upset because I have gotten no help.

Who does this to a new clients this is absolutely ridiculous.

I wonder if MTN, Vodacom and Telecom knows this is the service one gets with Mondo
