New contract without my consent - *****
I never took out a contract with Mondo, but started receiving emails and sms'es about my delivery being on its way. i don't want anything delivered and I don't want a contract with Mondo, cancel the order immediately. I already rejected the delivery and told the courier to take the package back to Mondo (MTN). I did not give consent to Mondo to create a contract, this is ***** and the contract against my name must be terminated immediately.

10 Feb 2022, 11:10your customer care team has phoned twice this morning, but they just let the phone ring for a split second then they drop the call. how am i supposed to answer when they don't even let the phone ring? and besides, i don't need to talk to anyone, i just need the contract cancelled because i never gave consent for this contract.

Please note that as per our records, our fulfilment team who deals with deliveries had contacted you.
Kindly note that we have sent a request to the courier company to return the order to the warehouse.
Once the order is returned, the MTN application will be cancelled.
