New application and incorrect information

21sep 2021 I app**** for a phone as New applicate. Every was approved I even got an sms saying MTN got my order and the agent told me I will get my phone in 5t07day. Two weeks passed I was struggling to get hold of someone to help me. Finally after a good 4 weeks I tell Amanda my problem she was like the agent that helped me didn't complete the application. So she sent me MTN email to send to my documents that was on the 13th October till now no help no nothing still struggling to get hold of consultants.... So frustrating
