NEVER DEAL WITH TELKOM

I would definitely say NEVER make an arrangement with these people on the phone. They make false promises and tell you anything you want to hear to secure a sale. I have been stuck in a contract for 2 years now and they still insist to debit my account. They have called me for an upgrade in July and I have made it absolutely clear that I do not wish to and I want to cancel I had asked the agent to make sure that a note is made. Yet I am getting debited every month. This is incredibly frustrating to insist that you do not want something yet they insist to take it. Earlier this month I got a call from an agent to upgrade again. The agent told me he will only help me to upgrade if I took a phone either than that telkom will continue to debit my account because I didn't call 2 moths before the contract ended to cancel yet I had advised the agent that called me. I feel that this kind of service is absolutely pathetic and I will never Deal with telkom and anything related to them Id rather pay extra with another service provider.
