Never buy anything from mondo

Advise never buy anything from mondo. I bought a contract from mondo vodacom 10GB data but had problems with coverage I was told to go do a sim swap then was told the sim was 100 I canceled the whole thing, I was supposed to pay for the data used, I had money in my account all along but money was never collected from my account surprisingly when I checked my credit score on the 1st I'm down by 32 points and reason was due to non payment. I called vodacom they said they don't have my account details that's why they couldn't debit and now it's my fault how the **** would I take a contract without an account number sort out your mess and it takes months to get 32 points on your score and you guys just take it in a minute just like that
