My "PORTABLE" Router from buymondo/DO NOT BUY FROM BUYMONDO

I received my wonderful portable router from buymondo. Very excitedly I open my package to discover that what was promised is not what I received. I was told it was a portable router, that is perfect for traveling, exactly what I needed. Turns out this rooter is not potable as it uses a electricity cable and is definitely not small, this is a rooter that you will use at home only. The lovely (lying) sales lady gave me a customer care number that I've been trying to call since it arrived on Wednesday, after hours of holding I have given up on there customer "care" line/s.

I've sent email after email with no reply

I want them to come fetch this nonsense from my home as I do not need something like this, I made it very clear to the sales lady what I needed, obviously she just wanted a sale, even if she had to lie about her product
