My personal experience with the call centre agent

I called Mondo regarding a query on my online cellphone contract upgrade. I was assisted by a gentleman called, Vasigan. He was a real help and kindly assisted me over the phone. This gentleman took his time and had a lot of patience when explaining the various options available to me. I am indeed very satisfied with the service I have received.
