My first terrible service with mondo

I am not happy with the recent service, I got my telkom contract on Friday the 29th and today is the 1st, nobody has bothered to phone me about activating my contract. When I phone the lines are being cut off, nobody responds on your whatsapp??!! What the hell you guys?
