My complaints is being handled in a professionally manner hopefully it will be resolved soon

<p>I was approuch one of mondo selling agent to take a mobicell contract which is call mobicell desire she explain everything about the package i was convinced this package is one of best one so i agreed to take the package n then they promised to deliver the phone in 14 days the did, but when i recieved phone i find out is not the package we agreed on but i called to report that problem last week, I'm happy that they promised me to resolve this issue i guess this matter it was handled professionally </p>
