Mtn support staff team was very inefficient . Should give customers feedback

Have been trying to cancel a MTN contract for 5mnts.Device was returned but funds was still be deducted. Called the support team numerous occasions. None could assist. She was the only one that returned my call with an update as well.Amelia was the star in their team . She helped to resolve the issue. She was very efficient. Thumbs up to u. 10 out of 10
