I called mondo to follow up on my query, I was assisted by a service champion NTOMBI she gave me a 5-star service am so happy because I also just received a SMS confirming that my MTN account that was giving me sleepless nights is now credited. THANK YOU SO MUCH NTOMBI AND KEEP IT UP .... FROM A HAPPY CLIENT AT LAST
