Mtn should sell their products themselves or otherwise you will lose customers becoz of Mondo company

A horrible experience I once met,they think about themselves first not costumers,Mondo company made me hate mtn those people care about making money that's all I was given a router December which I realised there was no coverage I called mtn coverage complains that my router is not working they did confirmed that there is no coverage I should return the router to mtn direct store since I returned the router on the 10th of April 2025,so I think last week I called asking how far is the cancellation,I got a surprise saying I should pay R1036 cause I've used 14GB I've asked how can I use those gigs while I didn't have a coverage
