Mtn Rewards Co Mondo mobile *****ing up a long love for mtn

OMG. Have I ever... So I was approached buy Mondo Mobile and offered a mtn mobile contract according to the consultant I had a R600 credit limit, I took two Huawei p20 lte, this is were my nightmare starts. Delivey confirmed by Dsv, I was supposed to receive my phones last week Monday, can I add, I never did, long story short my phones were returned to mtn coz apparently I refused to face to face delivery, mtn confirmed cancellation and that Mondo needs to correct names as per ID, I'm failing all attempts to get this matter resolved, Mtn cant assist me with new contracts because I have already been credit vetted by Rewards Co on them so any other attempt I make to obtian contracts with mtn is being declined... starting to doubt Mtn now. In no way is this my fault I have all my confirmations of being approved and delivery confirmed. The Agent Marcha Nadooi is totally unhelpful, she never calls back, spins the same story over and over. I'm *****ed getting desired phone on my chosen network because of a call center agent that did not do her work rite from the start...
