MTN Online Upgrade - A bit of a shambles

Although the service providers have been friendly, nice and helpful, it always feels a bit like 'postman' conversation, with not much being done and the next person getting allocated work, with this process going for a month and a half. It has also been difficult to find the correct number of a person to speak to.

After a month of no contact, without my instigation to call and find out what's going on, I would be completely in the dark about what is happening, and I still do not actually have a clear answer. There has been no contact at all from the service provider in terms of updates on the process.

Overall, a very disappointing experience, and I will definitely not being renewing my contract online again in a hurry.

Reviewer Update
Thanks Mondo Team. Although I have now received my phone, there has been further issues as my new contract has automatically been assigned a new number and not the old number that I had. I had not been asked if I would like to keep my old number at all, which, according to an in-store representative should have been asked for in the application. It seems like MTN then provides numbers for life, so this is a huge annoyance as well.

As mentioned before, the whole process has been very frustrating, and it just kept on getting worse.
