MTN MONDO IS A ****

these guys are ******. they will sell you lies and you find yourself with a handed over account. these ****** called me and offered me a data deal of 10G. i explained to the agent that i DO NOT want night data and she assured me that its anytime data that she is offering me, i asked about the cancellation amount and she said its R250. when the data finished quickly i called them and the next agent told me that its actually 5 day and 5 night i asked to cancel and agreed to pat the R250 and not all of a sudden i was being asked for R1800 i explained my initial conversation with the 1st agent and the agent said there is nothing she can do. i call again and the 3rd agen tells me that if i dont use thesimcard for 3 months the simcard will automatically be closed as i did not sign anywhere i questioned this and he assured me that the contract work like a month to month. i recieved demands from lawyers saying my account was handed over and they advised that i called MTN i cant get through to the complaints department on mtn and today i am told that i owe R4200. like Whaaaaat.. this is messing with my credit record and MONDO should be shut down. MTN is all round a ******* vele i also dont know what i was thinking but my credit record, no man.
