Mtn mondo

I took a contract of a router from mondo mtn however one of their consultant **** about coverage of where I am staying after delivering the router did not have a network or coverage I called telling them this router doesn't have a coverage they said I should return the router to mtn direct store at menlyn I went there on the 10th of April 2025 after filling cancelation document they gave me IRM number which I called mondo company for cancelation then they said cancelation process will take 20 working days if I remember so today on the 15th July 2025 I checked wanting to know how far with the cancelation they told me I have to pay R1036 for 14GB that I used I've asked them how did I use those data while there was no coverage please help me they took me to attorney
