MTN Migration Never Again

I received a call to migrate to a lower amount and save a bit. When the bill came, it was higher. I was told it was the once-off fees charged for the migration. The next bill and the bill after that were still higher than my pre-migration deal. A bad apple can be found in any nice sack, this could have been my experience. But I will take this as a lesson: learn to hang up these "we have a better deal for you" calls.

My efforts to reverse took longer than they promised, and now my bill has been handed over to legal. Not cool guys. I have issues now
